To our valued clients,
We are excited to work with you! To ensure the best possible experience while we are on site, please take a moment to review our standard property entry policy:
Commercial Clean-Out & Disposal Agreement
Dear Client, We look forward to clearing your space! To ensure a smooth transition of the property and its contents, please review our standard service terms:
Ownership of Contents: By authorizing this clean-out, the Client certifies they have full legal authority to dispose of all items on the premises. [Omni One Environmental LLC] is not liable for the disposal of items later claimed by third parties or tenants.
Hazardous Materials: We do not handle or transport hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, lead paint, medical waste) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. The Client agrees to indemnify [Omni One Environmental LLC] for any costs or penalties resulting from undisclosed hazardous materials.
Property Damage & Access: While we operate with precision, [Omni One Environmental] is not responsible for damage to the property (floors, walls, or fixtures) occurring during the normal course of heavy item removal. The Client is responsible for warning our team of any hidden structural hazards per Georgia premises liability standards.
Finality of Service: Once items are removed from the property, they are considered "abandoned" and become the property of [Omni One Environmental LLC] for disposal, recycling, or donation. We cannot retrieve items once the job is complete.
Scheduling a service or providing property access constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
